Cross-body shoulder stretch
Great for desk workers, drivers and anyone whose shoulders creep up towards their ears by the end of the day.
- Stand or sit tall with your shoulders relaxed.
- Bring one arm straight across your chest.
- Use your other arm to gently hug it closer to your body.
- Hold for 20 seconds, breathing slowly. Repeat on the other side.
Stretch gently and never into sharp pain. This is general advice; if something hurts, book an assessment.
